What we do:

Explore the historic charm of Charleston, SC on foot with our engaging adventure. We'll meet you in person, along with other teams, at the starting point to kick off a puzzle-solving experience that guarantees fun in Charleston. You'll receive a clue packet designed to guide you from one hidden gem in Charleston to the next. Each stop features a unique puzzle that leads you onward, allowing you to compete against yourself, your team, and other teams to reach the finish line. At the end of your adventure, we'll reconvene to celebrate together. This is a great opportunity to mingle with other teams and meet new people, especially if you're new in Charleston. At Charleston Solve It!, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional entertainment services with a personalized touch. We'll meet you at the start point to get you on your way, and again at the end.  We're available during the event in case you get stuck. 

Hmm, good question; something new.  An outdoor escape room?  A puzzle scavenger hunt?  A historical themed tour of the Charleston Peninsula guided by solving riddles?  You tell us!  

That depends on your fitness and adventure level.  Most groups complete the event in less than two hours

See the refund policy below.  The event goes as scheduled unless a CSI! staff member stops the it for an unsafe condition such as lighting within three miles.  Rain doesn't stop the event, we think it makes things more fun.

You'll be challenged with ciphers, riddles, and finding places and hidden objects.  We have both easy and challenging puzzle tiers.  You decide how easy or difficult you want your experience to be.

Yes, children under 12 years old are free.  Young adults from 12 to 15 are $20.

Charleston Solve It! Refund Policy

At Charleston Solve It!, we strive to provide a fair and transparent refund process while ensuring the integrity of our events.

  1. Refunds Before the Event
     
    • Refunds are available if notice is provided anytime up to the start of the scheduled event.
       
    • Notice must be given via email before the event begins.

  • Refund is in full minus $2.50/Ticket for credit card payment processing fees
     

  1. Refunds After the Event Has Started
     
    • Once the event has begun, no refunds will be issued unless Charleston Solve It! staff determines that the event cannot safely continue.
       

  1. Inclement Weather Policy
     
    • Events are held rain or shine.
       
    • No refunds are provided for inclement weather. If conditions are deemed unsafe by staff, the event may be postponed or rescheduled at the discretion of Charleston Solve It!
       

  1. Staff Discretion
     
    • Charleston Solve It! reserves the right to make final determinations regarding refunds in extraordinary circumstances.
       

By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to abide by this refund policy.
